1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Nativify website, client SDK, and build console (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, do not use the Service.

2. License to Use

Nativify grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our web-to-app bridge technologies and online compiler for compiling your web applications into native Android and iOS packages, subject to these terms.

3. User Responsibilities

• Content Legality: You are solely responsible for the legality, security, and intellectual property rights of the web application wrapped by Nativify.
• Account Security: You must protect credentials and API tokens. You are responsible for all actions taken under your account.
• Store Policy Compliance: You must comply with all third-party app store guidelines (Google Play Developer Policy, Apple Developer Program License Agreement).

4. Payments and Refunds

Nativify operates on a credit-based, one-time payment structure. All credit purchases and feature activations are final. No refunds will be issued once resources are allocated or builds are compiled, except as required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

Nativify is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from app store rejections, build interruptions, API changes by third-party stores, or data processing failures.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Nativify is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
